In this paper,the layout and improvement of the automatic production line of the suspended conveyor chain of heavy components are studied by using the theory of facility layout and material demand and lean production.The order situation of large-scale component manufacturing enterprises is mainly that there are fewer varieties,more options,less orders of the same kind and more customization.The new order forecast and new production mode require the use of logistics control management theory,the construction of a new material pull production system,and the design and improvement of production layout.After layout and improvement,lean layout of new layout is refined,and the value flow analysis brought by corresponding improvement is carried out.The research on material flow,processing value,processing waste and plan achievement of optimized management is studied.By improving the layout of the traditional large component suspension production line,improving the traditional centralized production layout,using the facility layout theory,improving the layout of the production line,balancing the production line on the basis of the layout redesign,updating the design of the material conveying system,so that the production line is changed from the original push type material supply mode to the production plan.Plan,material plan pull production mode,promote production efficiency.In this case,after a better understanding of the whole production process and material flow process,a fundamental improvement has been made and a new production system has been established.The new production system includes: the pull type material system,the updated production layout,and the continuous optimization and improvement of the value growth generated by the use of the value flow in the lean method.After these improvements,Na enterprises reduce the cost of production,improve customer satisfaction,adapt to the new enterprise competition,and receive ideal practical benefits.In this paper,the data statistical analysis,experimental data comparison and other methods are used to make theoretical analysis and Research on various layout improvement problems in production.The theoretical research is verified by practical application in the field,and the layout of the suspension production line of large components is discussed in depth.
