With the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for paper pallets from all walks of life is also increasing,and paper pallet processing enterprises have begun to expand production.At present,the paper tray processing automation degree is low,the coordination of each production link is poor,the paper tray workshop equipment layout is chaotic,semi-finished products are placed randomly,can not effectively use the capacity of each production link.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the present situation and development trend of paper pallet production enterprises,this thesis has carried out in-depth research and design for paper pallet production line.Firstly,the paper tray production line is optimized.On the basis of analyzing the processing flow of paper pallet production line,the paper pallet production line is modeled by Flexsim simulation software,and the paper pallet material transportation simulation model is established.The simulation results show the working status of each equipment in the production line.On this basis,the paper tray production line is improved by arranging temporary storage area and ECRS analysis,and the efficiency of each process of the production line is obtained.The processing efficiency of each equipment is obviously increased,and the output is increased by 5% after improvement,and the production beat is reduced by 5.1%.Secondly,the paper tray production line control system is developed.The pallet assembly process control system,the robot palletizing-pressing dry-dispalletizing process control system and the material transportation control system are designed.The pneumatic control of the stacking manipulator and the electric control of PLC are realized.The communication between the host computer and PLC is realized by using the fieldbus technology,and the program control of the three modules is completed.The production control system meets the production requirements of paper tray.At last,the paper pallet production line material warehouse,production equipment,finished product warehouse and waste area are studied.According to the SLP method,a mathematical model for the distribution of logistics intensity,minimum material cost and distance between equipment is established.GA genetic algorithm was used to solve the model,and the optimal layout of the paper pallet production line was obtained.The optimal layout reduced the logistics and transportation cost of the paper pallet production line,and the logistics cost was reduced by22.4% after the completion of the layout.In this thesis,the design and improvement of the paper tray production line production performance has been significantly improved,for the improvement of the production line system provides a theoretical basis and design ideas.
