| The layout of the workshop production facility is one of the important aspects of manufacturing system design,and the layout plan of the workshop production facility is directly related to product quality,production efficiency and economic benefits.This paper explains the basic principles,theories and methods of production facility layout,based on the common layout design principles and methods of domestic and foreign,and analyzes the problems present in the production facility layout of the company and introduces the unit type.Production mode with high flexibility,easy installation,high production efficiency and space saving advantages.Through the optimization of the layout,the layout is checked to achieve the layout of the workshop production facility optimization design by using the ECRS principle to design the process of the production line and further establish a unitary production line model.The follow-up to the promotion of the workshop facility of the theory guidance played an important role.This paper uses the SLP method to analyze and optimize the layout of the injection workshop.Analyze the logistics relationships between workshops and the relationships between unit of work to apply system layout designs to find a reasonable layout plan for production systems.Factor evaluation methods are used to evaluate design plans and finally achieve better planning.Presents optimal layout design objectives for injection workshops.Based on genetic algorithm,it finds purpose functions and constraints and programs and calculates them using MATLAB.The workshop layout is optimized and the final workshop layout is obtained. |
