Research On The Optimization Of Corporate Culture System Of X Electric Power Research Institute

One of the important measures in enterprise management is the construction of enterprise culture.In recent years,many enterprises in China have realized the importance of enterprise culture to the development of enterprises and carried out the construction of enterprise culture one after another.But in the process of enterprise construction,there are still some misunderstandings about how to understand enterprise culture and how to implement it.In the process of corporate culture construction,managers lack awareness of the importance of corporate culture construction in their thinking concepts;corporate culture construction is limited to form,lack of characteristics and values,and lack of long-term positioning for the future of the enterprise.These problems will affect the smooth development of corporate culture work and its expected effect.This paper mainly studies the background of the current corporate culture system construction of X Electric Power Economic Research Institute,the purpose and significance of carrying out the corporate culture construction,the research ideas and research methods of the corporate culture system construction,the existing problems,the optimization design scheme of the corporate culture system and the implementation effect.By using the methods of interview analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper classifies and summarizes the problems found in the construction of corporate culture system of X Electric Power Research Institute,analyzes the causes of the problems one by one,comprehensively uses the advanced corporate culture practice cases and the theory of benchmarking ratio exceeding to propose optimization suggestions for the construction of corporate culture management system of X Electric Power Research Institute,and for the construction of corporate culture system of other companies Provide reference significance.
