Research On Design Management Evaluation Based On Collaborative Design Platform

At present,the tide of digitization,intelligence and network informatization is developing vigorously.Human society has entered the information revolution from the industrial revolution,and information technology has become a new leading force to promote development and a new productive force to promote economic development.The state vigorously promotes the informatization of engineering survey and design enterprises and encourages them to build collaborative design platforms.The construction of information technology also brings about the change of management.The use and popularization of collaborative design platform promotes the development of design management.Taking a design institute as the research object,this study attempts to understand the influence and significance of collaborative design platform on design management.The design institute began to implement the collaborative design platform for project design management in2019,and has nearly two years of experience in the use of collaborative design.The collaborative design platform takes the design project as the object and the design process as the main line.It transforms the single-person design into multi-person collaborative design,has various functions such as project management and collaborative design,and tries to solve the problems of project management,collaborative design and information sharing.The platform is not only for the purpose of management,but also for the premise of management.Preliminary demand investigation and good management ability are of great significance to the construction,promotion and implementation of the platform,and are also necessary measures to ensure the effect of collaborative design.According to the function of collaborative design platform and reference to relevant literature of design management,five levels of design management are preliminarily determined,namely,design strategic objective management,design project management,human resource management,design quality management and intellectual property management,with a total of32 specific indicators.According to the preliminary design management indicators,combined with the analytic hierarchy process and expert survey method,the hierarchy structure chart was drawn,and the design management evaluation index questionnaire based on the collaborative design platform was compiled.A questionnaire survey was conducted among the five leading colleagues of the institute to determine the design management indicators and the weight of the corresponding indicators.The indexes and weights of each level are 0.378 for design strategic objective management,0.274 for design project management,0.078 for human resource management,0.175 for design quality management and 0.095 for intellectual property management.According to the established design management evaluation indicators,the design management evaluation questionnaire based on the collaborative design platform was prepared.The research uses the random sampling method,carries on the questionnaire survey to the design staff of this hospital.The descriptive analysis and dependent sample t-test were used to analyze the questionnaire data and the following conclusions were obtained:Before the use of the collaborative design platform,the average score of the single question in Part A of design management was 3.742,which was between "average" and "good",and there was no significant difference among different levels.After using the platform,the average score of the single question in Part B of Design Management is 4.249,which is between "good" and "good".The average score of "Human Resource Management?single question in Part B" is significantly lower than that of the other four levels.The comparison of data before and after the use of the platform shows that the scores of the institute in five aspects of design strategic objective management,design project management,human resource management,design quality management and intellectual property management have improved significantly.Among them,the score of human resource management may be significantly lower than other items due to its low weight,but it still gets a good improvement.
