| In recent years,the scope of construction had been more larger and larger,and the structure had been more and more complex.Traditional production technology and production relations can not meet the needs of the construction industry under the new situation.As a new generation of computer-aided engineering technology,BIM technology can greatly improve the efficiency of Engineering construction,but under the traditional delivery mode,all parties are independent and can not play the role and value of BIM technology well.The idea of life cycle construction and lean construction of Integrated Project Delivery(IPD)can provide a good institutional environment for the application of BIM technology.So this paper studies the application of BIM collaborative management under IPD mode.Firstly,the BIM collaboration technology and BIM software are studied.Through the analysis,the network environment needed to build the BIM technology collaboration platform is obtained.The standards of BIM software system and the collaboration requirements of BIM technology collaboration platform for engineering data are selected.A BIM technology collaboration platform composed of BIM model platform and engineering document management platform is constructed.Secondly,comparing with traditional delivery mode and IPD delivery mode,it points out that IPD mode is different in terms of contract relationship,intervening time of project participants,project cost input curve,information transmission mode,benefit distribution mode,team organization structure,etc.It is considered that IPD mode is more suitable for large volume,large contribution capacity of participants,requirement for innovation,long construction period and construction technology.Not mature project.Through the research of BIM technology and IPD delivery mode,the application process of BIM technology under IPD mode is obtained.At the same time,the BIM team under IPD mode is constructed,and the specific responsibilities and work contents of BIM management center at each stage of the project are analyzed.Through the analysis of project management process at each stage,the application process and management application process of BIM collaborative management are obtained.Finally,according to the principle of IPD delivery mode,an incentive pool allocation model is constructed,and the results of incentive pool allocation under different project benefits are analyzed.Using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP),this paper establishes the hierarchical indicators of each contribution factor under the IPD model,obtains the weight of each contribution factor,and determines the proportion of each contribution under the incentive pool mechanism by the contribution of each party to the project.The case simulation method is used to simulate the process of BIM Technology Collaborative Management under IPD mode and the distribution of interests of IPD team.The feasibility of BIM Technology Collaborative Management under IPD mode is verified by the previous research results. |
