As power companies develop overseas power markets and implement the “Belt and Road” strategy,more and more captive power plants will be built in backward countries and regions with abundant resources such as wood and minerals.However,the captive power plants are generally small in capacity and have the disadvantage of higher coal consumption and imperfect control scheme.Therefore,it is necessary to study the Thermal detection,control method and control logic of the captive power plant,so that can make sound economic sense of the captive power plant boiler,enhance the adaptability and reliability of the boiler control system,and further reduce the number of on-site staff and unnecessary physical labor.First of all,this thesis compares and analyses the selection of power plant boiler measurement methods,reasonably optimizes the location and number of measuring points for boiler drums and water supply pipeline in captive power plants.Secondly,with the help of Simulink working platform in MATLAB,construct a three-impulse control system model for boiler drum water level.This thesis proposes a set of method for PID tuning,PID parameters can be tuned more intuitively and conveniently while satisfying better control effects.Self-tuning fuzzy control needs to determine the initial value of PID through the conventional parameter setting method.The method proposed in this thesis is a combination of fuzzy PID control and parameter optimization and setting: parameter optimization and setting uses the Signal Constrain module to set PID parameters;fuzzy control improves its control effect.Variable universe control on the basis of fuzzy PID control can further achieve the purpose of "fine" control.Finally,combined with the boiler drum water level control scheme of Perawang captive power plant in Indonesia,analyses the logic of the modulating control system(MCS)about drum water level and the sequence control system(SCS)about boiler feed pump,describe the screen configuration of boiler steam and water system.by the control system logic,people can overcome the malfunction of the equipment and ensure the stable and safe operation of the boiler.With the help of screen configuration,the staff can easily and intuitively understand the status of the running equipment and perform remote operations.
