Since the reform and opening up,China's industrialization has made great achievements,a large number of industrial plants have been erected.At the same time,the rapid development of industry and the increasing shortage of land resources force more and more large production machinery and equipment to be placed on the higher floors of industrial plants,which leads to the increasing vibration problems of floor structure.If the vibration caused by the operation of the equipment is not controlled,it will not only affect the performance of the structure itself,but also cause adverse effects on the equipment,reduce its service life,and even cause fatigue and panic of the factory staff,affecting the physical and mental health.There are many objective factors such as self-weight and difficulty in moving large mechanical equipment.In order to ensure the structural safety of the industrial plant when the equipment is running,the vibration reduction and reinforcement of the floor structure are imperative.The grillage beam floor has been widely used in industrial plants by virtue of its small cross-section,light weight,reasonable stress and good spatial stability.At the same time,its vibration problems are increasing day by day.At present,the reinforcement of the grillage beam floor is usually increased by the designers according to their own experience,but the research on the vibration reduction and reinforcement of the grillage beam floor under the periodic impact load has not been reported.Therefore,this paper takes the floor of a six-story cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame industrial plant as an example to study the vibration reduction and reinforcement of the grillage beam floor under periodic impact load.The main research work includes:1)The field dynamic characteristics of the grillage beam floor in an industrial workshop were tested.Based on the test results,a simplified local floor model was established by using the finite element software ABAQUS.The first order natural vibration frequency of the structure obtained through modal analysis was compared with the measured data to verify the reliability of the finite element model.2)The vibration reduction and reinforcement schemes of increasing the plate thickness,increasing the beam height and adding the secondary beam to increase the structural stiffness are put forward,and the influence of each parameter on the vibration reduction effect of the grillage beam floor is discussed,and the corresponding suggestions are given.3)Study of tuned mass damper(TMD)damping scheme for periodic grillage beam floor vibration under the shock load characteristic,the influence of put forward four kinds of different ways of TMD is decorated,analysis the floor vertical vibration under different solution peak acceleration and vibration reduction rate,the optimum arrangement of TMD and the corresponding vibration damping effect.4)Between devices and grillage beam floor vibration isolator,through the vibration isolation design,establish the vibration isolation system of related parameters,using ABAQUS finite element model is established on the vibration isolation efficiency at the same time,analysis of structure vibration isolation scheme of grillage beam floor vibration suppression effect.
