| Under the current situation where the pace of social life is accelerating and urban land is becoming more and more tense,urban commercial complexes have gradually replaced the previously scattered,low-end commercial spaces,and have become building spaces with comprehensive functions in urban development.They can not only efficiently utilize land areas but also improve the quality and value of the city.The development of urban commercial complexes represents the development and growth of the city.The urban commercial complexes are concentrated in every district of cities,but the similar,replicable,and monotonous buildings cannot satisfy the trivial daily needs of citizens.What is worse,they are slowly "swallowing" the citie’s most pristine and most worldly life characteristics.Although the urban commercial complexes improve the efficiency of citizens’ consumption and shopping,they reduce the cost of the "communication" between people at the same time.This cost reduction will result in the lack of urban cultural development characteristics,and disturb the urban cultural inheritance.The culture plays an important role in promoting economic development.Therefore,comparing with the popular urban commercial complexes,the original urban local markets are more novel and warm.The modern business spaces with urban local markets can provide more opportunities in offering life services,communications,and cultural inheritance,as well as breaking the consumption barriers of the traditional commercial complexes.In summary,with the gradual saturation of urban planning and construction,the integration between the urban commercial complexes and local market culture will become an important part of social development.Based on the historical development of the changes of domestic and foreign commercial spaces,this paper analyzes the evolution of various spatial forms of commercial spaces and the influence factors of commercial development;in the research process of combining the theory and the reality,the influence of the Internet and of electronic commerce with the social development on the urban commercial spaces is explored,and the response of the urban commercial complexes in China are presented.Finally,based on this,according to the characteristics and advantages of the market cultural space,the integration method of the urban commercial space and the market cultural space is explored,and the environmental art space is designed,taking the Capital Outlets commercial complex in Jinan as an example.The development trend of the novel urban commercial complexes in China is discussed. |
