Research On The Renovation Design Of Magutun Village Community Center In Rizhao City

In recent years,the country has paid more and more attention to rural development.Rural community construction,as an important part of accelerating rural development,has been promoted all over the country and is an important measure of rural revitalization strategy.As a place for daily activities of villagers,rural community service centers can promote the cohesion of villagers,provide them with a geo-based public activity space,and strengthen their sense of identity and belonging to the place.However,there are many practical problems in the construction and use of most community centers at present,which do not really serve the people.This paper takes the transformation design of the community service center of Magutun Village in Rizhao City as the theme,which is divided into four parts.First of all,literature analysis is used to find information,and the concept of rural community,community service center,public space theory and Maslow's needs theory are expounded.In addition,the analysis is carried out in combination with the policy basis of community construction in China,which provides a theoretical basis for the subject research.The case analysis method was adopted to analyze the excellent cases of community center reconstruction,and the methods and experience of community center reconstruction were summarized to accumulate experience for subsequent design.Secondly,the general situation of Magutun Village is described from the three aspects of natural resources,history and culture,and residential buildings,so as to understand the local architecture,folk custom and traditional culture,and extract some local elements to provide design ideas for the subsequent design.Thirdly,the site investigation of the community service center in Magutun Village was carried out to understand the current situation of the base and the use of the community center by the villagers.The actual needs of the local villagers for the community center were analyzed,the existing problems of the base were summarized and the necessity of the reconstruction was analyzed,so as to provide a realistic basis for the reconstruction of the community center.Finally,according to the above research analysis summary of the villagers' demand and the present condition of the base,the Magutun village community service center,try to solve the base of the existing problems,to put the Magutun village community service center into a village landscape,village culture,meet the demand of the villagers of good community,to provide reference for the construction of the rural community service center experience and actual case,We will help build and develop rural community centers.
