| Affected by urban development,population concentration,and tight land,people’s demand for community life continues to increase,and decentralized community service buildings are gradually being replaced by composite building.After decades of rapid development,as an important community public facility,the community center has played an increasingly important role in shaping the image of the community and enhancing the happiness of residents’ lives.Community center is formed by integrating several community units with different functions into one building.It has the characteristics of complementary functions,intensive and efficient space,three-dimensional traffic,and unified shape.Essentially,the composite design of the community center is the integrated design of multiple buildings in terms of function,space,transportation,and form,which is the difficulty of the design.The significance of this paper is to summarize the status of domestic community centers、the functional types and methods of composite design,and compare and analyze these types,so as to look forward to the future development trend of the composite design of the community center.This is divided into four parts,the introduction part describes the research background、 methods and framework of the thesis;The second chapter clarifies the development overview of community centers,summarizes the influencing factors and composite design principles of the construction of community centers,and discusses the current construction models of community centers;Chapter 3 and 4 are the key points of the paper.Combining domestic and foreign examples,analyzing the functional elements and space meticulously;Chapter 5 is the practical part,reflecting on the development status and existing problems,applying the research to the practice of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city community center.It is hoped that it will serve as a reference for the composite design of the community center in the future. |
