With the rapid development of prefabricated building,the application of prefabricated components,especially laminated panels,is becoming more and more extensive.In practical engineering,it is difficult to compare the performance of different types of laminated slabs because there are many kinds of laminated slabs,and the structure of different laminated slabs is different.In this thesis,the effects of steel truss,steel tube truss and concrete ribs on the bearing capacity,stiffness and crack resistance of four composite slabs are studied through static loading tests.The main research contents are as follows:1)The influence of steel bar truss,steel tube truss and concrete ribs on ultimate bearing capacity,short-term stiffness and cracking load of prefabricated composite slab bottom plate is analyzed from the theoretical level.2)The static loading test was carried out on the precast floor of four different composite plates to study the mechanical performance of the precast floor in the construction stage,and various performance data of the precast floor were obtained.By comparing and analyzing the comprehensive data,the test results show that the steel bar truss can significantly improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the prefabricated composite slab slab,improve the short-term stiffness before cracking to a certain extent,and inhibit the reduction of short-term stiffness after cracking,and slightly improve the crack resistance of the prefabricated slab slab slab.Steel truss can significantly increase the ultimate bearing capacity of composite slab precast slab,the short-term rigidity has certain promotion before cracking and the cracking after low short-term stiffness has significant inhibitory effect,for precast slab anti-cracking performance is improved but not obvious,compared bent steel pipe truss of steel tube bent steel truss of steel bar is not prone to instability,Its material properties can be fully developed.Concrete ribs on the ultimate bearing capacity of the composite plate precast slab has certain promotion effect,but because of the precast slab cracking after fracture development is rapid,the ultimate bearing capacity has not yet reached the theoretical value before due to the crack propagation is too wide to bearing capacity limit state,the effect is significant to the promotion of crack before the short-term rigidity,but cracking precast floor stiffness after falling rapidly,The bearing capacity of the composite plate is improved to a certain extent,but it has no obvious effect on its crack resistance.3)by ABAQUS finite element software to simulate,of 4 different composite plate precast slab in the construction stage,to simulate the stress distribution and get the load-displacement curve,comparing with the test to get the actual data analysis,test and simulation data can be found nearly,the trend is the same,verify the accuracy of finite element model,at the same time demonstrate the reliability of the test.
