The thesis firstly introduces the application of composition structure of steel tube & concrete-filled steel tube in bridge Engineering both at home and abroad. Aiming at girder bridge, the technology and method by composition structure of steel tube & concrete-filled steel tube to reduce the structural weight and enhance the across ability are discussed.Based on the design of the Ganhaizi Bridge under construction, a finite element model of entire bridge is established with beam element using MIDAS/CIVIL, which is a large-scale finite element software. The Static characteristic in operation stage is analyzed, and structural behavior and its characteristic of the bridge are researched, including the transverse intensity and the twist performance. Calculation is carried out for the vibration characteristics of the bridge, using the response spectrum method to calculate and analysis the structural seismic response; finally, according to the previous analysis results the statics and dynamics behaviors of the Ganhaizi Bridge are evaluated, and the general rules of the statics and dynamics behaviors of the lightweight structures are summarized and concluded. From these, the author comprehensively learn the static performance and dynamic performance of the combined truss beam bridge, and the methord of calculating the long-span bridge using large finite element software.
