| With the development of China’s economy,the pressure on the energy supply side is increasing,the unsustainability of fossil energy is more exposed,and society’s demand for clean energy is growing.It is even more necessary to replace fossil energy with renewable energy.China is rich in solar energy resources.The use of solar power has developed rapidly in recent years.This renewable energy has effectively relieved the pressure on energy supply.Facing the blowout development trend,the competition in the photovoltaic industry is very fierce at present.How to reduce construction costs has become the interest of power generation companies.Various forms of photovoltaic power station construction models have been developed in China,including agriculture+ photovoltaics,fishing + photovoltaics,coal subsidence areas + photovoltaics,and so on.In recent years,the development of photovoltaics in mountains has been rapid,and the available planting area in the mountain wasteland is limited,and the lease cost is low,which makes many companies choose to carry out mountain photovoltaic construction.However,the construction of mountain photovoltaic power stations has problems such as difficulty in designing photovoltaic systems,difficulty in entering mechanical materials,and difficulty in ensuring construction quality and construction progress.These issues make the implementation and management of mountain photovoltaic projects worth pondering.Based on the current problems and actual needs of mountain photovoltaic power station projects,this subject uses project management theory,photovoltaic power generation principles,and standard theories related to photovoltaic power stations to optimize project quality,project progress,and management of project archives during the implementation phase of mountain photovoltaic projects.And the effectiveness of the optimized management method is verified through engineering practice.This subject uses the current industry standards of the mountain photovoltaic power plant industry and the theory of the implementation phase of the mountain photovoltaic power plant.By compiling the photovoltaic power station construction quality acceptance assessment form and the mandatory provisions execution plan,the construction quality acceptance assessment form and the mandatory provisionsexecution plan are applied to the management of the implementation phase of the mountain photovoltaic project,so that progress will be made in project progress,project quality and project data archive management.Through the application of optimization methods to this subject,the management level has been improved in terms of project progress,quality and data archive management.It is hoped that the management method proposed in this paper can be promoted to effectively improve the management level in the implementation phase of mountain photovoltaic power stations. |
