With the change of the development trend of the world economy and the adjustment of China’s economic development period,the current domestic economy has entered a period of deep adjustment,the economic development rate has slowed down,more attention has been paid to the quality of economic development,and the economic structure has entered a stage of in-depth reform.In order to improve market share,obtain development opportunities,to cope with the increasingly escalating competition,enterprises need to introduce fine management mode,form key competitive advantages,and achieve the goal of long-term and steady developmentPaper on the basis of the related theory of performance appraisal review,expert information,in-depth interviews,questionnaire survey methods such as exploring the Long Ding maintenance companies are implementing project workers the existent problems of performance evaluation mechanism,and includes performance evaluation organization mechanism is not sound,enterprise management personnel to the lack of focus on performance evaluation,index mechanism is not sound,only to the project evaluation,Is too single,not combination according to certain categories of employees in various positions for evaluation,performance evaluation and project workers enterprise overall development strategy of associated closely enough,most of project workers believe that performance evaluation can’t reflect the actual work ability,itself for performance appraisal lack of fear of heart,enterprise performance evaluation mechanism is not implemented.After that,this paper sorted out the shortcomings of the current performance evaluation activities of Longding Road Maintenance Company and determined the object of the enterprise performance evaluation.Finally,this study constructed the Long Ding highway maintenance project company worker performance evaluation system,and the result feedback system the implementation of the plan and protection measures of implementing performance evaluation mechanism,the exploration results obtained in this paper not only can help the enterprises to improve their management ability,improve project workers focus on utility of performance evaluation,as well as to enhance the external market competitiveness.
