When automotive markets competition becomes more serious,Light-weight trend of automotive bodies will become the focus for all the car makers and their suppliers.With the increasing need of aluminium automotive crash management systems,new competitors are merging and market ratio was occupied by the competitors,in order to increase our competitiveness and occupy more market,ConstelliumEngley Company is trying to find out the effective methods to improve the productivity and enterprise performance.This thesis is based on the research of turnover rate increase and talents outflow caused by Performance Management problems,to improve performance solution and it's aimed that we can realize to improve enterprise performance by increasing individual performance.Based on the interview with technician staff,I find current assessment system exist the following problems such as who will be responsible for the performance appraisal,lack emphasis from the managers,complaints from both managers and employees,failure to follow SMART principles when setting up the targets,no definite standard for targets,and there is no clear and quantifiable measure of employee performance.When conducting annual salary adjustment,job promotion,training development,career planning,and year-end performance bonuses,Unable to rely on,resulting in a strange phenomenon,all performance appraisal can only be the subjective judgement of the direct manager,even in the salary adjustment or year-end awards,there is even a phenomenon of equals and bonuses;in the actual management process,employees complain It is also very big,and it is unfair to think that the direct supervisor will adjust the salary and promote the position based on personal preference.The manager thinks that the staff is not doing well enough,does not meet the expectations of the leader,and has not communicated effectively with the employees before,clearly notifying the employees of the work indicators and clear assessment criteria,but gradually this performance appraisal has affected The enthusiasm of the staff.Final results employee turnover increases and talents left,which affected the performance of the company.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background,research significance,the research methods of the thesis and theproblems to be solved.The second chapter introduces the current status of the performance management of the existing technicians of ConstelliumEngley,the existing problems and the causes of the problems;It mainly introduces the development of performance plan,performance management,performance evaluation and performance application of ConstelliumEngley technicians.The fourth chapter introduces the implementation guarantee of ConstelliumEngley technical personnel performance management plan including corporate culture guarantee and company system guarantee.,training and effective communication support.
