| At present,the power distribution of Hainan power grid is uneven,"big machine small network",the load peak-valley difference is constantly expanding,the power supply peak-frequency modulation ability is insufficient,the overall frequency of the power grid is weak against disturbance,and other problems are prominent.Therefore,it is very necessary for hainan power grid to increase the power supply with appropriate proportion of peak-frequency modulation function and emergency standby power supply to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.Gas power plant is a kind of use of gas turbine,steam turbine and generator of combined cycle system,the temperature of gas turbine exhaust after work spent by recycling waste heat boiler flue gas is converted to steam,then steam injecting steam turbine,a whole cycle efficiency is high,the load frequency control performance is good,low carbon environmental protection etc.Gas turbine usually takes less than 20 minutes from startup to full load operation,and the hot state fast startup time is shorter,making it the best choice for urban standby power supply and peak-modulation unit.With the development of gas turbine technology,the change of national energy structure and the improvement of environmental protection requirements,gas power plant construction has a broad space for development.Wenchang city is located in the northeast of Hainan island,near Qiongzhou strait in the north,near the south China sea in the east and south,near Haikou in the northwest,near Dingan in the west and Qionghai in the southwest.,the geographical position is superior,the water resources are abundant,the harbor is numerous,the transportation is convenient;220kv power grid system is sound and power supply access is convenient;rich in oil and gas resources,there are two major natural gas suppliers,cnooc and petrochina.Natural conditions are favorable for the construction of a gas-fired power plant in Wenchang,Hainan.After the completion of Wenchang gas power plant,it is mainly used to undertake the tasks of power supply,peak load regulation,frequency modulation,emergency standby,etc.,which is of great significance for improving the energy structure of Hainan power grid,promoting the safe and stable operation of power grid,and driving the local social andeconomic development.This paper takes the phase I(2×460MW)gas-steam combined cycle project of Hainan Wenchang gas power plant as the research object.Combining with the actual situation of Hainan power system,This paper analyzes the necessity of power plant construction,plant construction conditions,construction scheme and the influence on the frequency stability of Hainan power grid.This paper is intended to provide concrete and feasible design ideas for other gas-fired power plant construction projects,and provide scientific and effective research methods for the analysis of frequency modulation performance of gas-fired power plants for reference. |
