| Industrial tourism is a new form of tourism,integrating experience,science,appreciation and education.It is marked by industrial manufacturing process,display of industrial features and daily life scenes of factories.IN recent years,with the gradual improvement of the living standards of our people,people are gradually not satisfied with the simple material life,and gradually began to pursue a rich spiritual life.In view of this situation,industrial tourism began to rise.As a new form of tourism,industrial tourism,like many other forms of tourism,has become one of the mainstream tourism forms in China.At the same time,the increasing productivity and industrial structure of factories are also accompanied by the booming development of tourism.Therefore,industrial tourism has become a channel for economic growth in many places in China,especially in some old industrial bases.Therefore,industrial tourism has become an indispensable part of modern tourism.As an emerging form of tourism,industrial tourism has attracted more tourists' attention.Therefore,in order to develop industrial tourism,the service must keep pace with the pace of development.At the present stage,tourists in China are increasingly in need of high-quality service experience,but at present,tourists have been questioning the quality of tourism services,which has become a key obstacle to the development of industrial tourism.Therefore,improving the service quality of industrial tourism is of great significance to the development of industrial tourism.Industrial tourism is based on the study hot spot of Shenyang brilliance BMW Vega Factory(here in after referred to as "Shenyang BMW factory)as the research object,choose suitable for Shenyang BMW factory of article 20 of the service quality evaluation index,and the literature research,interview method to the 20 indicators as the core,base,auxiliary three aspects of the service quality to build a service quality evaluation system for BMW plants.SPSS 26 was used to place the collected questionnaire data and construct IPA model for analysis.IPA analysis requirements relate their importance and satisfaction evaluation to mutual independence,importance and the traditional IPA analysis report and highly correlated to the degree of satisfaction evaluation form,so we adopt Deng weiyao scholar proposed revisions from the importance of the extension of the tourists' satisfaction computation method,to upgrade the traditional IPA analysis,build the upgrade version of the IPA model,and the model is divided into four quadrants,the upgrade of IPA model is divided into "advantage area","may waste area","slow improvement area" and "focus on improvement area" and the 20 indexes distribution to the four quadrant,To figure out the advantages and disadvantages of Shenyang BMW factory in the service center.And according to the actual research results,it is divided into three improvement parts,the key improvement part,the progressive improvement part and the keeping advantage part.Need to focus on improving the APP part for the development of tourism,mining industrial tourism theme characteristic,security mechanism,such as industrial tourism need to gradually improve part to increase product characteristics,strengthening health to oversee,increasing signs,such as part of the need to keep the advantage to provide unique services,perfecting industrial tourism industry chain,and to promote Shenyang BMW factory industrial tourism service quality and satisfaction of tourists. |
