Emotional Design Performance Research In The Exhibition Space Design Of The Memorial Hall

As early as ancient times,the Chinese nation worship and sacrifice to ancestors for practical purposes.Thus,people began to build monumental spaces.With the development of human society,people no longer need to pray for wishes or explain natural phenomena through sacrifice,and memorial space has gradually changed from satisfying utilitarian and practical purposes to spiritual sublimation.Today,memorial hall has become the embodiment and materialization of people’s memorial emotion.The expression of emotion and the molding of memorial have become the focus of designers’ research.The content of this paper focuses on studying the expression of commemorative emotion in the exhibition space of memorial hall,and discusses how to design the exhibition space through emotional design theory,to enhance the emotional experience of visitors and highlight the memorial of the memorial hall.According to the memorial objects,the memorial hall is divided into two types,and then the commemorative emotion is classified based on the theme content and emotional characteristics of different types of memorial,afterwards the expression basis of different types of commemorative emotion in the exhibition space design is analyzed.Finally,based on the representative design or reconstruction cases of memorial hall,this paper deconstructs and analyzes the design of exhibition space from the perspective of memorial emotion.Use the three-level theory of emotional design,the paper analyzes the specific emotional expression patterns used in the case to better convey people’s memorial emotion.
