In recent years,with the strong rise of China's e-commerce platform,the ecommerce industry has become an important commodity sales channel in my country.More and more users use the e-commerce platform to complete shopping and publish comments on the product through the open product review area.Emotional expression and consumer experience,and the product review section has also become a platform for communication between users and an important way for companies to understand user needs.Online product reviews provide valuable information for companies and designers,and it is also convenient for companies and designers to better understand user needs and preferences,as well as the deficiencies of existing products on the market.Aiming at the problem of insufficient data application efficiency and conversion efficiency in the front-end tasks of industrial design for user online demand mining,this paper proposes an effective design information extraction,analysis and strategic reasoning based on online user experience data mining and extension analysis The extension design information analysis method,combined with the online data mining and design practice of the old scooter users,systematically analyzed and verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.This article focuses on the following research contents:(1)Research on design information extraction and analysis methods.Through data mining experiments,complete data collection,data preprocessing,classification algorithm training,and data classification of user online comments,so as to obtain user positive and negative experience data sets.According to the combination of data experiment results and extension theory,the design effective information in negative data is studied with a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,and the extension design information analysis method is constructed through five steps of extraction,modeling,analysis,correlation,and transformation.Extract information from the effective design information in the user's negative data set,construct a design feature analysis model and a product information analysis model based on the extenics primitive theory,and perform relevant analysis on user feature data,product feature data,and product information data,and based Extenics conjugate analysis method combs the interrelationships in the data and establishes the feature relationship criterion;builds the design information association transformation model according to the extension compound theory,and combines the feature relationship criterion to perform the association transformation analysis on the user information and the product information,thereby deducing Final product design strategy.(2)Research on the design of old scooter shape.First obtain product image data through crawler technology,screen and obtain representative product samples of oldage scooter,then combine product category analysis methods to establish product categories,and obtain representative design style of old-age scooter;then extract product picture samples according to the design style The Chinese common styling elements are used as styling design elements,and the design elements are deduced in combination with shape grammar,and then the product styling design element set is obtained;finally,the styling design strategy of the old scooter is determined according to the element set and the product design strategy,and used for styling Design practice,obtain and evaluate the final design plan.
