With the rapid development of wireless communication technology, especially in recent years,the rapid development of wireless communications networks is becoming more and more all over. This is beneficial to our way of life, greatly convenient for our daily life. At the same time, the vehicles are also increasing, which brings a lot of pressure to the traffic. Parking problems at the same time is faced with more and more difficulty. The parking lot already more and more can’t meet the needs of the current parking. The shortage of the traditional parking lot mainly displays in: First, the car into the parking lot requires human to register, which is not only a waste of valuable time for parking users, but also increasing the workload of staff; Second, because of the parking users into one by one to register, at the entrance waiting time is long, easy to cause congestion phenomenon; Third, the user into the parking lot, can’t quickly find parking space effectively, reducing the efficiency of parking lot; Fourth, the exit need artificial billing, artificial operation, procedure comparison trival, increasing workload. Therefore, the defects of the parking lot at the present time, this paper designs a set of intelligent vehicle management system based on RFID and ZigBee.RFID(Radio Frequency Identification, RFID) technology is a use of Radio Frequency card store user data information of new transmission technology, and through the reader to read and write, achieving the goal of data information which is rapid acquisition. The technology has the data information storage, easy to collect significant advantages, so getting more and more widely used, such as bus card system and so on. ZigBee system is a new type of local area network(LAN), which is low cost, low power consumption, low data transmission rate of significant advantages. It has been widely used, and combining it with the RFID system is a more effective to ensure the safe and reliable data transmission.This paper mainly introduces the status quo. The fusion of the RFID technology and ZigBee technology is divided into two aspects of software and hardware being summarized, and the hardware in the aspects includes the RFID reader and the ID card of the chip selection, as well as the microprocessor module, serial port module, RF module circuit design, such as ID card chip using EM company EM4100, reader chip USES is EM4095; ZigBee mainly includes coordinator node and end node in the system design. In the software design includes RFID system ID card and reader’s reading and writing process, and the working process of the serial communication with terminal node communication. Zig Bee coordinator in the system access, terminal node access work flow chart and work flow chart of the serial port and PC communication. Finally, the fusion system is simulated and the results are both feasibility analysis, solving the problem of the node and serial port communication, and putting forward rationalization proposals for interference problems, providing important reference to realize intelligent parking lot.
