In recent years,with the development of China's pharmaceutical technology and demand,an increasing number of hospitals used drug storage management system.China's warehousing industry has made a considerable progress,the scale of warehouse management is growing,and the requirements is also getting increasing."Disorderly storage,orderly management" has become a popular choice in warehouse management system.Therefore,the positioning of drugs is valued,RFID technology play an important role in the positioning of storage.RFID,also known as “radio frequency identification”,is a wireless communication technology,it transmits data through a wireless magnetic field.RFID has microwave,low frequency,high frequency,ultrahigh frequency,which can be applied to different scenes according to their different characteristics.This system mainly uses high-frequency RFID technology to read and write RF card.The pharmaceutical storage system with RFID greatly improves the efficiency of storage,and realized real-time monitoring and precise positioning of the goods.The card reader module uses high frequency 13.56 MHz RF technology,which realize the point-to-point storage management,that is,a card reader module is associated with a card,each card has a unique ID,each card reader module can only read one card,and the card is attached to the storage box.We also designed a communications management machine,to solve the problem that a lot of card data difficult to upload the host computer.Communications management machine runs Linux system,it process fast,has abundant peripheral resources,and supports up to 9 serial port.Communication management machine's 8 serial port get the data from reader module,so it can get all the card number rapidly,and then backpack the data sent to the host computer.The main work is as follows:(1)Reader module and communication management machine hardware design,including schematic and PCB design.(2)Reader module and communication management machine software design.(3)RF antenna and filter circuit design.(4)MODBUS communication protocol and communication timing design.(5)Card reader and communication management machine wiring and system debugging.According to the example of hospital drug storage,put forward an automaticstorage system.The system structure is simple,scalable,easy to implement,and solved the existing system couldn't positioning,electromagnetic signal interference,and expensive problem.Instead of manual inspection,it could save human and financial resources,deal with the event of storage and query efficiently.
