| With the advent of industry 4.0 and the era of artificial intelligence,automation and intelligence become the primary choice for industrial production and manufacturing to save costs and improve efficiency.In terms of instrument identification,considering the current situation of the factory,many factory equipment can not realize the equipment access and automatic collection of key production data due to the lack of external interface.As a result,manufacturing execution system(MES)can only obtain the above information through manual meter reading and manual information input,which does not meet the basic requirements of enterprises for non-human acquisition of production data.At the same time,due to the limitation of instrument scale,the artificial reading may produce large error,so it is impossible to obtain the instrument data accurately.Manual meter reading and re-entry may cause time delay and fail to convey the required data in real time.In recent years,machine vision system has been widely used at home and abroad for its high efficiency,high reliability and low cost.Machine vision system is suitable for many fields,such as industrial automation,medicine,manufacturing,agriculture and so on.Therefore,we need to make full use of machine vision to improve production efficiency,develop intelligent manufacturing,and promote intelligent factory management.In view of the above problems,this project takes the production project of China leading semiconductor materials Co.,Ltd.as the background,researches and develops the instrument intelligent identification system.The instrument intelligent identification system is a complete system software which integrates the instrument intelligent identification and the factory task assignment management.It integrates the functions of round instrument,digital instrument and other instrument identification algorithm library,factory task allocation,task management,personnel management and so on.It can make the sampling task and personnel management more intuitive and convenient.The system has the functions of recording instrument recognition reading,scanning two-dimensional code recognition task,personnel management and management task.Using Halcon’s powerful professional image processing library,combined with dial recognition algorithm,it can accurately identify the data of various dials and prevent manual misreading.Real time identification of the meter,upload and save the status and indication of the instrument,provide the administrator to view,and provide a complete set of task allocation management system.In view of the limited space of the site,it is not convenient to adopt the existing wiring visual acquisition system and other limitations,the system will adopt the mobile app and PC development method,which can effectively serve the sampling needs of the enterprise factory and facilitate management. |
