| With the service becoming commercialized as a product,experience provides new survival value and development space for products and services.Experience value provides a reliable reference for measuring service experience.In the filed of urban public transport,with the physical problems being basically solved,the contradiction between the travel service and travel experience has risen to the main contradiction.Facing the systematic travel process,service design can grasp the travel demand,locate the design elements and guide the design practice by the advantages of overall,accuracy and innovation.Therefore,this paper introduces experience value as a measure of travel experience,analyzes and optimizes rail transit travel experience with the help of service design.The main research contents are as follows:(1)From the perspective of service design,this paper sums up the types of experience value corresponding to different elements.According to the different degree of demand satisfaction,it puts forward the different experience value,and clarifies the service design process based on experience value from the two dimensions of elements and levels.(2)From the qualitative point of view,this paper carries out demand research,collects passenger demand in combination with travel process,extracts the influencing factors of experience value,and forms the primary experience value index structure.(3)From the quantitative point of view,AHP is used to define the weight of experience value index and optimize the structure of experience value evaluation index.Fuzzy evaluation and key index analysis are used to build an evaluation method combining the whole and details.(4)This paper defines the design combination through different levels of experience value;analyzes the travel service design elements by user experience map,establishs the matching relationship between value index and design elements,transforms the experience value index into design elements,and outputs the design element combination scheme.(5)According to the design direction based on the evaluation results,the design practice is carried out.By contrasting with previous analysis through simulation experiment,this paper verifies the effectiveness and usability of the travel service evaluation method and design method based on experience value. |
