The purpose of this paper is to carry out the service design thinking in the specific business activities and build a sustainable service system through the exploration of specific business entities.In the research methods and specific practices,from the perspective of user experience,through research and analysis of basic data,using the methods and thinking patterns in service design to explore the status quo and existing problems of "Silk Road Oriental" restaurant,and put forward improvement strategies.In practice,the standardized service blueprint,silk road Oriental wechat applet and service physical evidence are output.Finally,the conclusion is that a good service experience should be a result of creating users' needs on the macro level and optimizing the detail experience on the micro level.Specifically speaking from the innovation point,this paper designs for the various stakeholders involved in the restaurant service process,and studies and improves the problems in the service process of "Silk Road Oriental" restaurant from multiple contact points,aiming to create a better life for people with design.From the overall perspective,we seek the overall solution of the service strategy of "Silk Road Oriental" mm2 store,and form the optimal solution of user experience from the details of service basis and contact point.After detailed investigation,based on the current situation,corresponding to the generation of service design strategy,taking the service blueprint as the standardized process,using Internet thinking in the aspect of limited material basis,solving some key needs through the way of small programs that do not need to be installed on the wechat platform,and combining with the actual design,designing the materials required for some strategic points.Finally,through the test,the iteration direction is clear.
