The main research object of this thesis is the rotary structure of a light towed gun,the main components involved in the study are the cross roller bearing connecting the top carriage and under carriage and the traversing mechanism for adjusting the firing angle of the artillery.The above components are important force transmitting components in the towed gun,and their characteristics will directly affect the performance of the gun.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)In engineering,bearings with small or even negative clearance are widely used to improve the support stiffness of bearings.In order to study the influence of negative clearance on the support stiffness of cross roller bearing,the mechanical model and finite element model of cross roller bearing are established for comparative analysis.(2)There are many complex factors in the machining process,which will lead to the machining errors of the machined parts.In this thesis,the mechanical model of cross roller bearing is established,and the influence of common roundness error on the support stiffness is analyzed.(3)The influence of bearing structural parameters on support stiffness is analyzed by using the established mechanical model of cross roller bearing.Taking the maximum stiffness as the goal,using the intelligent optimization algorithm to optimize the bearing parameters and obtain the optimal parameter combination.(4)Due to the influence of many factors,the stiffness characteristics of cross roller bearings show diversity and complexity.As the main force transmission component of the towed gun,the stiffness characteristics of the race bearing will directly affect the firing accuracy of the gun.In this thesis,a projectile-barrel coupling dynamic finite element model is used to analyze the influence of the representative stiffness characteristics on the initial disturbance of projectile.(5)As the rotating support component of towed gun,the rotating friction resistance moment of the cross roller bearing will directly affect the efficiency of operating the gun.In this thesis,the influence of bearing structural parameters on the rotating resistance moment is analyzed.(6)The traversing mechanism plays the role of adjusting the direction angle and ensure the reliable self-locking during firing.The traversing mechanism is a main force transmission component when the gun is firing,it's stiffness characteristics are related to the firing accuracy of the gun,so it is necessary to study it.
