The contact/collision between various parts of the howitzer is coupled to the projectile-barrel interaction in bore,which affects the projectile's muzzle state and then the firing accuracy of the howitzer.The connection clearance and contact/collision relationship between components are usually ignored in the howitzer dynamics analysis.In this background,this thesis with a light towed howitzer as the research object,full consideration/collision for parts connected to the clearance and contact,the finite element method,numerical calculation and optimization design method for elavating equilibrator characteristics and connection properties parameter study of the impact of the projectile initial disturbance,t he projectile initial disturbance to assess the firing accuracy,provide certain reference for improving the firing accuracy of howitzer.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The overall connection characteristics of artillery struc ture are analyzed and summarized,and the connection relationship between structural components is summarized.Taking an existing screw pneumatic elavating equilibrator and a designed liquid pneumatic elavating equilibrator as the research object,the bala nce characteristics,stiffness characteristics and contact support characteristics of the elavating equilibrator are calculated and analyzed,and the program is written to calculate the unbalanced moment of the two kinds of elavating equilibrator at different angles of fire.The stiffness characteristics of two kinds of elavating equilibrator are analyzed and calculated by using finite element method and fluid mechanics method.The contact support characteristics of screw pneumatic elavating equilibrator machine are analyzed and the contact collision relationship between screw and nut is deduced.(2)The projectile coupled finite element models including the screw pneumatic elavating equilibrator and the liquid pneumatic elavating equilibrator were constructed respectively,and the influence law of the screw pneumatic elavating equilibrator o n the initial disturbance of projectile was obtained through simulation calculation.The influence law of equilibrium characteristic and stiffness characteristic of liquid pneumatic elavating equilibrator on initial disturbance of projectile is calculated.The influence of liquid pneumatic elavating equilibrator and screw pneumatic elavating equilibrator o n the initial disturbance of projectile is compared and analyzed.The research results provide a reference for the practical engineering operation application and subsequent optimization design of the elavating equilibrator.(3)existing in the actual engineering application of the parts in a variety of complicated factors lead to the increase of clearance,the screening of a light-duty cannon critical gap connection structure parts,using the Python language script programming build coupled parametric finite element dynamics model of missile gap connection system research parts of the projectile initial disturbance are studied.The approximate model is used to replace the dynamic parameterized model of coupled finite element for artillery projectile,the adaptability analysis of the initial disturbance optimization of three optimization algorithms is carried out,the simulated annealing algorithm(SA)is selected to optimize the approximate model,and the optimized results are applied to the actual model for verification.
