Ammunition transport is an important part of the battlefield's ammunition supply,and it is the main means to ensure sufficient ammunition.As the supporting equipment for the artillery troops,the ammunition delivery vehicle is the guarantee for the artillery troops to maintain the continuous combat capability.The projectile rotation library is the core and key component of the ammunition delivery vehicle.Therefore,a reasonable structure of the projectile rotation library is the basis for ensuring ammunition replenishment.The reliability of its transmission is the key to ensuring ammunition replenishment.Its stability under vibration is the most important to ensure the safety of the projectile supply.Based on the establishment of the three-dimensional structure model of the projectile rotation library,this article takes the vehicle-mounted projectile rotation library of an ammunition delivery vehicle as the research object,and uses dynamic modeling theory and methods to establish a dynamic simulation analysis model.The analysis shows that the speed of slave wheel fluctuates periodically,which indicates that the polygon effect of chain drive is easy to occur when the pitch of gear is large,the number of teeth is few and the speed is low.The polygon effect of chain drive results in the fluctuation of contact force between the driving wheel and the rotating shaft.The finite element method is used to verify the strength of chain joint and sprocket.The verification results show that the contact force is reasonable and does not affect the movement of the rotary library,and the structure principle is feasible.In this paper,the vibration factors that may occur on the road surface after putting the projectile rotation library on the chassis,and finds the largest vibration source--road unevenness.Based on the theory of road unevenness,the curves of E-level roads under four different speed driving states were constructed.Then,by establishing a complete dynamic model of the vehicle-rotation library-projectile system,and considering the role of the suspension system,the vibration impact of the projectile and the rotation library on the E-level road and H-level road at four different speeds is studied.The results show that with the increase of velocity,the longitudinal vibration acceleration of the projectile and the rotation library will become larger and larger,which will do great harm to the safe transport of the projectile.Through the optimization of parameters,the optimal parameters of the Shock absorber are given,which effectively reduces the vibration of the projectile and the rotation library.
