| As guided ammunition technology and the computer control technology widely applied in naval gun system,large caliber naval gun is developing towards the aims of integration,information and compatible with multi-bullet,which puts forward higher requirements to the ammunition feeding system in the aspects of multi-bullet supply and ammunition rapid change.So it becomes the key point of the design of naval gun ammunition feeding system to solve the problem above.A new kind of ammunition feeding system which meets the fire rate of the gun and the ammunition supply rate was proposed in this paper to solve the multi-bullet compatible problem in ammunition feeding system.In this paper,the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of the ammunition swing mechanism was analyzed using the analysis method of mechanism with clearance.On the basis of the work above,the static analysis and structure improvement of the key parts of the ammunition swing mechanism was done.Based on the detailed analysis of the structure and working principle of naval gun ammunition feeding system.A new overall scheme of ammunition feeding system was proposed,and the structure of it was designed.The time diagram of the ammunition feeding system in the inclined loading and vertical loading mode was analyzed and designed using the parallel timing design method.The loading rate of different kind of ammunition was obtained,and the advantages and the disadvantages of the ammunition feeding system was analyzed based on the work above.To solve the synchronization problem between the ammunition swing mechanism and the cradle in the turret feeding system,the moving speed of the swinging arm was designed.The inverse kinematics and the kinematics analysis under the clearance condition was carried out.And the effect of the clearance on the kinematic characteristics of the ammunition swing mechanism was obtained using Matlab and Simulink tools.The position error model of the ammunition swing arm was established by means of mechanism position error analysis,and the influence of each error source on the swing error of swing arm was obtained.On the basis of kinematics analysis,the dynamic equation of the ammunition swing mechanism was deduced combining with the treatment method of mechanism with clearance.On this basis,the dynamic simulation of the ammunition swing mechanism was carried out,and the influence of different clearance on the dynamic characteristics of the ammunition swing mechanism was obtained.Through the inverse kinematics analysis and simulation of the ammunition swing mechanism,the driving torque of the ammunition swinging mechanism which drives the swinging arm moving at the predetermined speed and the force variation curve of each component were obtained.On the basis of the results of dynamic analysis,the static analysis of the key parts in the ammunition swing mechanism were analyzed using the software Ansys,and the stress distribution diagram of key components was obtained.Combining the results of stress distribution,the structure of the key components was improved.Comparing the dynamic simulation of the modified structure with the former structure,the influence of the structure on the dynamic performance of the swing arm was obtained. |
