Ammunition supply device is a kind of transmission equipment connected to the ammunition chest,between the car and artille ry,its role is to transm it ammunition to entrances of ammunition chest smoothly and quickly,so as to improve the ammunition supply speed,and to ensure continuous operati onal capability of the artillery.However,traditional way of supply,resource utili zation is no t high,complex operation,and artillery ammunition packing type can only realize the au tomation of the projectile supplies,still take th e artificial recharge of propellant,this seriously restricted the artillery firing rate,thus af fected the operational effect.Therefore,for the tail bin type self-propelled guns to design a ef fective,fast and accurate supply m echanism to solve the above problems is very meaningful.In this paper,traditional mode of transportation has been studied and reference to traditional mode of transm ission,combining with the demand of a self-propelled guns on different ammunition,we carried out on the ammunition system function analysis and the corresponding concrete design.The main works are:(1)Based on the study of the st ructure of a se lf-propelled gun tail tank,we determine the system design requirements,technical indicators and constraint conditions,based on modular ammunition warehouse as st orage units,public ammo chain as the ammo unit and rotary filling machines as supply unit for filling design.(2)Divided into m odular ammunition wa rehouse and au tomatic compensating device in two aspects of the device scheme design the structure,this paper expounds the institutions and mutual movement cycle cohesive relationship;Design the transm ission scheme,choose the proper transm ission ways and through calculation to chose the main parameters of transm ission components;According to the design principle of optimal solution and determine the ammunition supply transmission route,and to fill the supply path for the mathematical modeling and theoretical analysis.(3)By using 3D solid m odeling software UG and modules of the designed for playing mechanism cylinders for components of the three-dimensional entity modeling,physical assembly as a whole.(4)By using the ADAMS software to build the virtual prototype m odel of ammunition supply system,and to carry on the dynam ic simulation of system mechanism,the movement characteristics and stress of ammunition in ammo device and rotary supply machine are obtained,the simulation results show th at the system structure is feasible in principle.(5)By using multidis ciplinary optimization sof tware ISIGHT to m ake a structural parameters optimization for rotary supply machine,make the structure more compact,light and realistic,it can provide ce rtain reference and reference to research and application for self-propelled gun.
