Individual virtual combat platform is through the data to adjust and virtual simulation of the complex battlefield environment integrated operational platform,based on the platform of application mode and virtual technology to optimize ergonomic evaluation in the process of automatic rifle test finalize the design process is one of the important direction,this article studies this direction to carry on the design practice and design review at the same time.Through data research and experiment,this paper carries out man-machine ergonomic evaluation research and design practice of automatic rifle based on the virtual combat platform of individual soldier.The specific work contents are as follows:The man-machine ergonomic evaluation method of automatic rifle is analyzed.Through the research,the muscle model of human gun was established,and the test method of muscle state was put forward.The shape of automatic rifle is decomposed into modules,and the influence of different parts on the shape structure of automatic rifle is determined.The results of manmachine ergonomic evaluation of automatic rifle include experiment method,analysis method and actual operation method(subjective evaluation).Finally,the technology and construction of the virtual platform for individual soldiers are investigated and analyzed.Investigate and sort out the shape data and form of guns,and establish the database of virtual platform.Through the investigation,the requirements of the national military standard on the shape data of automatic rifle were studied,and the technical guidance for the shape design of automatic rifle was established.It investigates the external dimensions and external styles of automatic rifles in various countries,summarizes the rules,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of external dimensions and external styles according to the man-machine ergonomic evaluation at home and abroad.Sum up the above data,set up the database and link it to the single soldier virtual combat platform.The experiment of man-machine ergonomic evaluation in virtual environment was completed to verify the feasibility of man-machine ergonomic evaluation in virtual environment.The test results show that the error of man-machine ergonomic evaluation of a specific automatic rifle between the virtual environment and the real environment is within the range of the results with no influence whether the analysis includes specific data,whether it is subjective experiment or objective data test.Completed the design practice of "automatic rifle prototype" and the establishment of man-machine ergonomic evaluation sub-platform of automatic rifle based on the virtual combat platform of individual soldier.Through the early stage of the design purpose of discussing with modular structure,the way to determine the link between the parts and components internal data adjustment method,design and production can be arbitrary adjust the contour data automatic rifles "prototype" of the combination of "prototype" of regulatory elements and virtual test requirements,set up virtual ergonomic evaluation system.Finally,the design practice is evaluated by comparing with the man-machine ergonomic evaluation process in the traditional rifle shaping test stage.
