| With the development of computer and virtual reality technology, virtual reality technology is applied to ship simulation education, which has become an important direction in the research of modern marine engine simulation system. In view of the current situation, there is still a lack of fault diagnosis auxiliary training system for marine electrical system in marine electrical system, combine the requirement of"People’s Republic of China Seafarers Competency Exam Outline",this research chooses the fire pump control system of teaching training vessel "Yukun" which belong to Dalian Maritime University as the object to research and design auxiliary training system for partial electric control system.Students need to determine the circuit fault point based on the measured voltage or resistance, when fault diagnosis is carried out in the auxiliary training system, and the voltage and the resistance of the circuit need to be calculated by the computer,So the main research content of this paper is the research of the calculation method of voltage and resistance in virtual circuit. This research designed the assistant training system firstly based on the requirement of competency exam and training; And then use the three-dimensional software to establish the three-dimensional model of the fire pump electrical system related modules, establish circuit topology mathematical model in the virtual scenario according to circuit diagram;Lastly research and design the calculation method of voltage and resistance between any node in the circuit topology, and programing the human-computer interaction and fault inject. In the auxiliary training system,Students can conduct the equipment operation, circuit disassembly and parameter measurement and other interactive behavior.Test results show that the system can carry out the fault finding operation when the electric control system is cut off or charged, and can achieve the accurate display of the circuit operation state and the measurement results based on the operation content, met the requirements of the assessment and training of the fault diagnosis of the ship electric system. |
