The MR damper is an intelligent buffer device designed by utilizing the rheological properties of a MR fluid under the action of a magnetic field.In this paper,a piston-type dualchannel MR damper is designed for the deficiency of the traditional MR damper under certain working conditions.The dynamic response time of the damper is analyzed and calculated by the finite difference method,and the influence of MR flow is summarized.Improvement measures are proposed for the dynamic response performance of the damper.The specific work content is as follows:(1)This paper introduces the working principle of the two-channel MR damper and the design of the valve body part.The winding method of the damper coil is determined by magnetic circuit optimization analysis.The electromagnetic field finite element analysis of the valve body is carried out by ANSYS software to obtain the magnetic induction intensity of the effective area of the flow channel under different current conditions,and the magnetic induction intensity is related to the current.(2)Taking the new dual-channel MR damper as the research object,the various factors affecting the response time of the damper are studied.The mathematical model of the electromagnetic response of the damper circuit is established by the simulation results combined with the theoretical analysis,and the magnetic induction intensity is corrected.Time response constant.The finite difference method is used to solve the rheological response process of MR fluid,and the dynamic response process of the output rheological force of the MR damper is obtained by combining the fluid mechanics correlation formula.(3)The damping characteristics of the dual-channel MR damper were tested experimentally.Using the experimental data obtained,the intelligent algorithm was used to calculate the dynamic viscosity of the front yield zone and the dynamic viscosity of the post-yield zone in the MR fluid double-viscosity model.Parameter identification.The actual response time of the damper is obtained by the damper dynamic response test experiment,and compared with the theoretical model to verify the credibility of the dynamic response model.(4)The factors affecting the time response characteristics of the MR damper are analyzed and summarized.The measures to optimize the response time are proposed.The control circuit is designed ahead of time and the optimization scheme is proposed.
