Over the past decades,China's automatic weapon industry has made great progress in product research and development,technical equipment and processing capabilities.At this stage,the level of automation in China's weapon industry has improved significantly,but the overall level of intelligent and integrated development still lags significantly behind advanced western countries.In the design stage of automatic weapons,the phenomenon of 'manual file repair' during assembly of parts is still outstanding due to insufficient tolerance analysis methods.The traditional dimensional tolerance analysis method needs to be improved to meet the requirements of modern product design,manufacturing and simulation analysis.In order to improve the deficiencies in the traditional tolerance design process and achieve the wide application of 3D tolerance technology in the field of weapon manufacturing,and to improve the level of information integration and manufacturing in China's automatic weapon industry,this article mainly studies the following points:(1)Combining with the structural characteristics of typical mechanisms of automata,in view of the shortcomings of traditional probability and extreme value methods in the application of automatic weapons industry,a statistical tolerance model based on multivariate probability statistics was developed,and the traditional RSS method was extended.The variance matrix represents the area of distribution for each tolerance.Finally,taking the locking mechanism as the analysis target,and based on the study of the propagation of its tolerance along the dimensional chain,a tolerance model of the locking mechanism based on binary probability statistics was constructed.(2)Considering the complex and numerous features of automatic weapon structure,this paper studies the tolerance analysis method based on three-dimensional tolerance modeling.Taking a typical mechanism of an automaton as an example,a three-dimensional assembly tolerance model of a locking mechanism,a shell pulling mechanism,a firing mechanism,and a bomb feeding mechanism was established,and the assembly was simulated and analyzed in3 DCS software.Monte Carlo simulation can output the analysis target size distribution range and contribution analysis report,which is convenient for subsequent optimization.Finally,the results of several numerical calculation methods are compared.(3)By comparing the design requirements,you can get the target size that does not meet the assembly requirements and process requirements.This paper focuses on the cost tolerance model and mass loss model,proposes a hybrid optimization model based on processing cost and mass loss,and finally optimizes the tolerance of the locking mechanism.
