| With the transition goal of industry 4.0,the intelligence and informatization of industrial manufacturing chain become the general trend.In the process of industrial production,most of the liquid treatment involved in the industrial process needs to strictly control the p H index.The existing p H detection methods include visual colorimetry and electrode measurement.The visual colorimetry is lack of objectivity and low accuracy,while the electrode measurement environment in the industrial scene is poor,which is easy to cause zero drift.The p H value requires manual meter reading,which results in limited management efficiency.In view of the limitations of the existing measurement technology,this paper studies the related technology of the multi-mode p H meter based on the network.In view of the defects of visual colorimetry,the digital image colorimetry measurement mode uses CMOS sensor to collect and store the image into DDR3 by establishing a quantitative estimation model of p H value related to color information,applying the model to FPGA hardware,configuring IIC interface,preprocessing the image from RGB to HSV,estimating the p H value according to hue component,and taking this p H value as the basis for electrode calibration and judgment.The key technical difficulty lies in the color error caused by the uneven illumination in the process of image acquisition,which is improved by the light insensitivity of hue component,and the introduction of this mode can find the electrode work errors and timely maintenance.In view of the intelligent demand of electrode method in industrial occasions,the logic of automatic measurement and cleaning steps is designed and realized.Use FPGA to control the system.The p H information read out from the electrode controller is analyzed,character image is generated and LVDS is driven to realize the real-time display of p H value.The data transmission scheme based on GPRS network is designed,the establishment of GPRS network channel is realized and the data is successfully sent to the server.An automatic on-line detection experiment of industrial process p H was performed.Finally,in order to verify the whole system,the experimental platform is built,the multi-mode measuring instrument based on the network is tested,the internal sub module signal monitoring is checked by using Debug-IP ILA under vivado,the system operation results are displayed,the error is analyzed,and the system can work continuously and stably.The experimental results verify the feasibility of digital image colorimetry.The online automatic detection of p H electrode based on network improves the production efficiency,reduces the replacement rate of equipment,improves the management efficiency,and lays the foundation for the automatic detection of p H in industrial process. |
