Customer-modified Intelligent Ecological Toilet Design

Toilet is closely related to human life.The Toilet Revolution initiated by General Secretary Xi Jinping has been continuously promoted throughout the country,promoting people to pay attention to the standardization of toilet equipment,the clean and tidy internal environment,the use of the toilet,its impact on the ecology and the recycling of human excrement.The design relies on the "001" ecological toilet team project,the pursuit of the toilet to achieve "zero pollution,zero emissions,resource recycling and utilization integration".The purpose is to explore the new form of mobile toilet in the urban use environment,using ecological technology and intelligent technology to design the sustainable development and humanization characteristics of custom-transformed mobile toilet.In this paper,on the basis of referring to the relevant literature and interview research,the research and design of the guest changed toilet are centered on the intelligence and ecology.First of all,the paper analyzes the domestic and international ecological toilet collection and recycling of solid and liquid,vehiclemounted mobile carrier and form of toilet,toilet ecological technology and user requirements,etc.,it is concluded that the guest change type intelligent ecological toilet design should follow the scientific nature,the validity and flexibility,beautiful,ecological,and intelligent six design principle,etc.The target users were studied by using the Customers Behavior Journey Map,and the pain points and design opportunities were found.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to carry out the weight analysis of user demands on the product functions in the customtransformed intelligent eco-toilet.Then,based on Functional Analysis System Technology(FAST),the product function tree of custom-transformed intelligent ecotoilet is established,and the reasons for the existence of each function and the implementation method are studied.Finally,on the basis of the previous research,the painting scheme of "001" passenger intelligent eco-toilet was designed with the large bus as the carrier.According to the maximum user capacity and the route for users to find toilets,three sets of internal layout and their respective route schemas and internal disassembly drawings are planned.Designed the general toilet,toilet and 3men between men and women to urinate,internal implement contain solid-liquid separation of collecting squat one-piece toilets,adult children and implement and liquid separate collection of male urinals and so on,from the user to make an appointment toilet,view real-time state and looking for around the toilet,toilet point of implementation and convert type intelligent ecological supporting the use of the intelligent toilet small program interface.The emergence of custom-transformed intelligent ecological toilet can reduce the pressure of the fixed toilet during the peak period of large crowd gathering activities in the city.Compared with the fixed toilet,its flexibility can meet the requirements of different use sites and meet the concept of sustainable development.
