Research On Smart Management Scheme Design And Promotion Countermeasures Of LY Hydropower Station

With the development of digital economy and application of technologies such as Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and VR virtual reality,intelligent technology is promoting the production and operation of hydropower stations to a new stage of high-quality development.Intelligent management of hydropower stations thereby,has become a new operation mode explored and studied by various electric power enterprises.According to actual practice of hydropower stations and related theories of operation management and intelligent technology,this paper not only defines the concept of "unattended" and intelligent management of hydropower stations but also describes the current situation and existing problems of LY hydropower station.It brings forward the necessity of implementing intelligent management from views of industry trend,equipment and technology development,staff promotion,enterprise quality and efficiency improvement and sustainable development.Also,by presenting an overall framework of intelligent management system for LY hydropower station,this paper makes analysis on unified data platform construction and key technical standards in intelligent system and creates four key intelligent application systems for intelligent hydropower stations management,including operation intelligence,dispatching intelligence,maintenance intelligence and dam intelligence.Meanwhile,with construction of expected benefit evaluation index for intelligent management system according to actual situation and analysis of economic,safety and social benefits for LY hydropower station intelligent management,establishment of this kind of management system is proven to be necessary and practicable.Accordingly,countermeasures and measures for implementing intelligent management for hydropower stations are put forward from perspective of policy acquisition,human resources reserve,process control,system improvement.Through this research,it is known that intelligent management implement for LY hydropower station is necessary and urgent.In this way,both comprehensive benefits for LY hydropower station and competitiveness of enterprises could be continuously improved and high-quality and sustainable development of the hydropower station could be achieved in a new development stage.Moreover,this study can also be referred to for other hydropower stations at home and abroad to promote intelligent management of production and operation in hydropower industry.
