With the rapid socio-economic development, higher requirements on the stabilityand reliability of the power system rely on manual or automatic control system ofhydropower scheduling control is behind. And Computer monitoring system should beable to monitor and reflect hydropower station equipment (such as units, transformers,switching stations, oil, water and gas systems, etc) running status and parametersaccurately and quickly, and can automatically implement safe handling. To this end, thispaper presents the transformation of the automatic control system of hydropower. Thesolution is to design and implement a computer monitoring system software.The subject of the study is based on small and medium-sized hydroelectric powersystem software for the study, the first detailed analysis of China’s small andmedium-sized hydroelectric power system the basic principles and characteristics ofnew small and medium-sized hydroelectric power, and on the basis of thisanalysissystem architecture design and overall configuration ideas, and feasible designfrom multiple angles comprehensive demonstration and analysis of different levels andin different subsystems, after the small and medium-sized hydroelectric power systemsoftware design. Small and medium-sized hydroelectric power system softwaregenerally have two modes of architecture, C/S and B/S, In this thesis, the C/S structureis used to design monitoring system of the small and medium-sized hydroelectric powersystem software in order to ensure the monitoring system stability and rapid responsecapability, the subject small and medium-sized hydroelectric power system designusing C/S architecture design, due to the small and medium-sized hydropower stationsof the amount of data stored within the controllable range, in the database, selectMicrosoft SQL Service2005for data storage.Design and development of small and medium-sized hydropower station computermonitoring system to ensure reliable and stable operation of small and medium-sizedhydroelectric power stations. Modern society, information technology in thedevelopment of small and medium-sized hydropower stations degree of automation hasbeen improved; its economic benefits have been greatly improved. The full investigation of the major operators of small and medium-sized hydropower stations,and the status of the development of small and medium-sized hydropower summary andanalysis of proposed and summarize the existing problems of the current stage of smalland medium-sized hydropower stations as well as the solution. This study with similardesign and application of a certain reference value.
