Study On Safety Interactive Quality Evaluation And Countermeasure Of Maintenance Of Small And Medium-sized Hydropower Station

The era of Hybrid Energy,with the fast development of hydropower industry,a large number of small and medium hydropower stations have appeared in China and stepped in the time of operation maintenance gradually.Small and medium-sized hydropower station maintenance have the feature of tough environment,space is small,a lot of materials in the scene,involving the characteristics of professional wide.In the face of complex hydropower maintenance environment,how to realize the rapid and effective identification,judgment and processing of dangerous sources,and realize the harmonious interaction of people,objects and environment in complex maintenance system is the key problem of hydropower maintenance safety management.At the present,the study of safety management mainly focuses on ensure people,object,environment and management safe state,often ignores people as the subject of behavior interact with other elements in the system.How to ensure the process of interaction safety is the important thing in enterprise security management.The promote of safety interaction 's quality can make man to man,man to thing,man to environment have the safety and stability process of interaction,thus avoid the accidents because of the wave and departure of some kind of factors.This text as the background of small and medium hydropower stations' overhaul,combine safety management theory of the way of interaction,cognitive behavior theory,the concept of safe interaction quality is introduced from the concept of service interaction quality,and the safety interactive quality evaluation system of small and medium-sized hydropower stations is constructed to provide scientific basis for effectively evaluating the safety management capability of hydropower and improving the safety management level.In the safety management,the quality of interaction is the virtues or defect degree in the process of man to man,man to thing,man to environment interaction,good quality of interaction can ensure the safe handling of the system,avoid appearing wave and departure of dynamic factors.The main study of this text as follows:Firstly,define the concept of the quality of safety interaction and explain the connotations of the safety interaction assessment,point out the assessment of safety interaction's quality is the important means and measures to promoting enterprise security management.Secondly,by analyzing and study the process of the interaction of man to man,man to thing,man to environment in process of overhaul small and medium hydropower stations,study deeply in the influence factors of it,confirmed 7 kinds and 27 items influence factors and established assessment indicator system of safety interaction of small and medium hydropower stations,brought in the multiple algorithm of DHGF,promoted the accuracy of assessment.At last,construction indicator system and relative methods used in the enterprises' practical cases digged the weakness of safety interaction's quality in enterprises.And put forward the management measures and advise of promoting the quality of safety interaction in small and medium hydropower stations' overhaul enterprises.
