In the context of economic globalization,the market is changing rapidly.The competition among enterprises in terms of resources,information and core values is becoming more and more fierce.What's more important is the competition of talents.Talent is not only the foundation of creating enterprise value,but also the most important source of power.In order to play an effective role of talents,it is necessary to establish a correct talent strategy.Respect for talents is reflected in the material and spiritual levels.The spiritual level mainly refers to the expression of personal values in the company,and the most important thing at the material level is to rely on the salary system.Realization,so a scientific,reasonable and effective salary system is an important part of the company's development.The remuneration system should not only have a clear and consistent policy,be able to encourage and supervise all employees to make efforts to achieve the company's goals,but also be time-sensitive and adaptable,and be able to make immediate response and corresponding adjustment according to the changes inside and outside the company.Under the circumstances permitted by national laws and regulations,we can quickly respond to market changes and make adjustments at any time to ensure the company's development.This paper selects RZ company as the research object,uses questionnaire survey,interview method and data analysis method to conduct a comprehensive research on RZ company,understands its development,operation status,strategic objectives and development direction.It explains the current situation of RZ company's salary system and combines it with salary.By combining with the relevant theories of salary system and the current situation of salary management at home and abroad,we compare and analyze the existing problems of the current salary system,and dig deeper into the causes of the problems on the basis of data analysis and summary.RZ company's current salary system has some problems,such as system imbalance,single structure,low incentives and disconnection from performance,reflecting the imperfection of the company in basic work,compensation strategy,incentive mechanism,evaluation mechanism and so on.To this end,on the basis of comprehensive consideration of the opinions and suggestions of experts and employees of the company,combined with corresponding theories,through the design and optimization of salary structure,bonus system,job evaluation and benefits,a set of effective and consistent with RZ company's current status and develop a compensation system for strategic goals.
