State owned enterprises are the backbone of national economic development and indispensable economic pillar for building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way in 2020.To strengthen the reform of state-owned enterprises and enhance their comprehensive strength and enterprise efficiency is an important goal of national reform and development at present.One of the main problems existing in the management of state-owned enterprises is that the salary system can no longer adapt to the current situation of the development of enterprises,but still adopts the traditional salary method,which is composed of four parts: basic salary,performance salary,insurance welfare and bonus allowance.The salary of employees depends on their position or position,but it is less related to work performance and professional skill level,which leads to the lower management efficiency of the enterprise.This paper takes jn locomotive depot of JT Railway Bureau as the research object to study the compensation management of maintenance personnel.Based on the broadband salary theory,the salary management of JN locomotive depot of JT Railway Bureau is optimized.Through investigation and research,it is found that there are some problems in the pay and management of JN locomotive depot personnel of JT Railway Bureau,such as single performance evaluation method,low pay of professional maintenance personnel,and no significant incentive effect of incentive system.In view of the above problems,based on the theory of broadband pay and combined with job analysis,the pay management of JN locomotive depot personnel of JT Railway Bureau is tested from the perspective of performance The evaluation method,incentive mechanism and optimization scheme are put forward.In order to improve the salary management of skilled personnel,improve the enthusiasm of maintenance personnel,and improve the management efficiency.
