From the development process of domestic and foreign enterprises,the establishment and improvement of internal control is the cornerstone to maintain the healthy development of enterprises.Since 2010,the government has formulated policies on the management and internal control of construction decoration enterprises,requiring them to establish and improve the internal control system.And in the background of more and more standardized construction and decoration industry,each construction and decoration enterprise pays more and more attention to the improvement of internal control.Through the establishment and improvement of internal control system,improve the company's business measures,reduce the various risks faced by the company.As for s company,it is promoting its internationalization strategy and its business scale is growing.In the rapid development of S company,the original internal control system needs to be optimized to ensure the promotion of S company's internationalization strategy.In this thesis,the architectural decoration company s is taken as the object,the internal control of the company is studied,the problems existing in the internal control of the company are summarized,and the optimization countermeasures are put forward.First of all,around the five elements of internal control,this thesis analyzes the current situation of S company's internal control.Secondly,based on the five elements of internal control and the business characteristics of S company,this thesis constructs the internal control evaluation index system of S company,and makes a quantitative evaluation of the company's internal control.Fourth,based on the evaluation results of S company's internal control,summarize the problems of S company's internal control.Finally,according to the five elements of internal control and evaluation results of S company,this thesis puts forward some suggestions to improve the overall internal control evaluation of S company.Aiming at the internal control of S company's business level,this thesis puts forward the improvement countermeasures of internal control from the aspects of financial management,project construction management,emergency management,internal audit management,operation management and asset management.The research of this thesis has practical reference significance for improving the internal control of S company,and also provides reference for other similar architectural decoration companies.
