Study On Performance Quality Evaluation Of Project From The Perspective Of Decoration Enterprise

Construction industry is the foundation industry of China,the new building grows at the speed of more than 2 billion square meters per year,which contributed nearly half to the world's new building grows.As an organic part of the construction industry,Decoration industry cannot be underestimated.In the perspective of reform and development,it's an important management task for decoration enterprises to establish modern enterprise system for improving the management level.It needs a clear understanding of itself and this understanding is derived from the scientific and objective evaluation.One of the most important parts is the evaluation of the project fulfillment performanceIn this paper,to stand from the perspective of decoration enterprises,based on a large number of literature data and material investigation and expert interviews,it summed up the a series problems of decoration projects,and produced a range of the factors that affecting the quality of fulfillment performance.It draw lessons from the the QCDS theory,the total quality management theory and the customer demand theory,multi-objective comprehensive evaluation method,established a set of evaluation index of decoration project fulfillment performance quality.It used the expert investigation method,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,established an evaluation model of decoration projects fulfillment performance quality.Finally,it used the evaluation model for the empirical analysis.
