As the capital city of Guizhou,Guiyang is one of the important tourist destinations in the province.However,due to the long-term lack of 5A tourist attraction,the tourism driving function had not been ideal.In order to solve this dilemma,the Guiyang Municipal People's Government proposed a plan to build a 5A-level scenic spot in 2013.Qingyan Ancient Town in southern Guiyang which had been a 4A tourist attraction,with its profound history and culture,rich cultural connotation,and diverse architectural culture,is the first to be included.For this reason,Qingyan Ancient Town had constructed the ancient town's tourist facilities,infrastructure,protection of traditional buildings,and streetscape construction and management.Qingyan Ancient Town was able to develop rapidly from 2013 to 2017,and the spatial pattern was able to change drastically during this period of time.This contributes to regional economic growth,social harmony,cultural prosperity and ecological civilization.In February 2017,the Qingyan Ancient Town Scenic Spot successfully achieved 5A,indicating that the changes in the spatial pattern had stabilized.In order to study the impact of spatial reconstruction on the tourist attraction of Qingyan Ancient Town,this article selected Qingyan Ancient Town before 2013 and after 2017 as the research object,and analyzed the tourist attraction of Qingyan Ancient Town from the perspective of spatial reconstruction,in order to scientifically and correctly evaluate the changes in the tourist attraction of Qingyan Ancient Town under spatial reconstruction,and provided guidance and strategic support for the follow-up development and construction of Qingyan Ancient Town,the sustainable development of tourist attraction,and the development of other ancient towns.First of all,this article had studied and sorted out the existing research and achievements in spatial reconstruction,tourist attraction,Qingyan ancient town,etc.,and mastered relevant theoretical knowledge;secondly,by collecting data,consulting related documents and field investigations,it emphadized the importance of space.Under the structure,the spatial characteristics of Qingyan Ancient Town and the changes in tourism resources were combed and qualitatively analyzed;then the elements of the Qingyan Ancient Town's tourism attractiveness evaluation index system were selected through reference to relevant research and selected spatial reconstruction,and based on consultation with relevant subject experts,scholars,graduate students,According to the opinions of practitioners and others,the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process were used to construct the Qingyan Ancient Town's tourism attractiveness evaluation index system;finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the changes in the Qingyan Ancient Town's tourism attractiveness before and after the spatial reconstruction.The recommendations for the follow-up development strategy of Qingyan Ancient Town had resulted in the following results:(1)Changes in spatial characteristics of Qingyan Ancient Town under spatial reconstructionThe spatial reconstruction characteristics of Qingyan Ancient Town were centered on improving the quality of tourism services.The first was that the spatial road traffic system of Qingyan Ancient Town had changed from the “three lows” before the spatial reconstruction to the high-density roads,reasonable hierarchical structure,and better accessibility after the spatial reconstruction.The reconstructed road system enabled the town's functional divisions More organized;secondly,the north-south axis travel corridor mainly carried out spatial reconstruction focusing on improving the quality of core tourism resources and enhancing tourism service functions;while the spatial reconstruction of the eastern regions focused on parking and commercial functions.Strengthen and transform the street environment and the facades of buildings along the street to become more in line with the ancient style and appearance of Qingyan Ancient Town.(2)Changes in the characteristics of tourism resources in Qingyan Ancient Town under spatial reconstructionThe characteristic changes of tourism resources in Qingyan Ancient Town were mainly to protect and improve the quality of tourism.The 7 types of main tourism resources in Qingyan Ancient Town,and the 2 types of local cultural landscapes and relics and relics had not undergone spatial changes due to protection-oriented strategies;water scenery and biological landscapes were mainly to enhance the surrounding and internal landscapes of Qingyan Ancient Town;in buildings and facilities it further improves tourist facilities and infrastructure,and increasing leisure and sightseeing functions;in tourist products and humanities activities,it was mainly to increase the number of cultural activities,increase the sense of participation and consumption desire of tourists.(3)Construction and evaluation of the tourism attractiveness evaluation index system of Qingyan Ancient Town under spatial reconstructionEstablished a tourism attractiveness evaluation index system of Qingyan Ancient Town consisting of 4 first-level indicators and 18 second-level indicators of core tourism resources,tourism products,tourism environment and tourism image.The tourism attractiveness of Qingyan Ancient Town before and after the spatial reconstruction was carried out.Evaluation.The weights of the first-level indicators in descending order were core tourism resources(0.5381),tourism products(0.0467),tourism environment(0.1495),tourism image(0.2658),indicating that tourism core resources and tourism image had a greater contribution,while tourism The contribution of environment and tourism products was relatively small;among the secondary indicators,traditional buildings were well-preserved(0.2927),popularity(0.1994),traditional street landscape of ancient towns(0.1312),and reputation(0.0665).The shopping function(0.0018),catering function(0.0031),and social environment(0.0052)had the lowest overall ranking weights,indicating that the traditional buildings were well-preserved,the popularity,the traditional street landscape of the ancient town,and the reputation among the secondary indicators.The tourist attraction of Qingyan Ancient Town had the greatest impact,while the shopping function,catering function,and social environment were the least important.Finally,through the evaluation,the tourist attraction of Qingyan Ancient Town had been improved from slightly lower than the general attractiveness(0.1963)before the spatial reconstruction to more attractive after the spatial reconstruction(0.2959),indicating that the reconstruction of Qingyan Ancient Town had increased its tourist attraction Effect.(4)Related suggestionsIn the subsequent development and construction of Qingyan Ancient Town,we should start with the interactive and interactive experience of the ancient town's history and culture and the formation of the ancient town's cultural runes,continue to focus on the quality and uniqueness of core tourism resources,and continue to improve the tourism environment Together with the quality of tourism services,especially the application of big data,we will strive to form a high tourism reputation for Qingyan Ancient Town,and continue to enhance the tourism attractiveness of Qingyan Ancient Town.
