Taking Guizhou province as the research object, Qingyan ancient town, on the basis of a large number of relevant data and on-the-spot investigation, on the basis of historical relics protection theory, landscape restoration, landscape design and urban planning theory, USES the questionnaire survey method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to evaluate landscape characteristics and the protection of Qingyan ancient town, the analysis of the problems existing in the recovery process Qingyan ancient town, and the insufficiency, digging for landscape characteristic of Qingyan ancient town, countermeasures and Suggestions of protection and recovery, the conclusion is as follows:1. To review the related literature material Qingyan ancient town, analysis and field survey, the formation of the outer space landscape Qingyan ancient town, the restriction of the ancient town of regional natural environment and historical humanities is larger, the influence of the external landscape and architecture style in the Ming and Qing dynasties formed style is given priority to. Current Qingyan external landscape characteristics are formed in history, with a certain features at the same time, also is a blend of ethnic and religious, both at home and abroad and for the protection of ancient landscape characteristic is relatively complete. Whole town has relatively abundant resources of landscape characteristics, to analyze from the Angle of landscape science, landscape space, landscape history and landscape of Qingyan ancient town, artistic features are more outstanding, but the problem and characteristics.2. Through the field survey and data analysis, the external landscape types of Qingyan ancient town is mainly divided into three kinds:landscape space, landscape history and landscape art form. Then analyzes the landscape elements in detail. Analyzes the value of landscape forms on history, science, art, folk customs and environment, and establishes them of the rule layer, selects12evaluation factors, uses the questionnaire survey to assign scores of Qingyan’s qualitative evaluation indexes, calculates the weight value of the rule layer and factor layer with AHP. From the evaluation results of the rule layer, Qingyan ancient town has good historical value, artistic value and folk customs value; the evaluation results of factor layer show that the ancient town has obvious history, typicality, representative of religion; owns good celebrity effect, environment harmony degree and ornamental; relatively lacks of engineering technical representative, folk representative, integrity; severrly lacks of environment greening degree, scientific research and science education.3.From the perspective of qualitative and quantitative,the paper systematically analyzes and evaluates the landscape features and conservation status of Qingyan ancient town, obtains some problems existing in the process of development and protection, and proposes to delimit4conservation zones:absolute reserve, strictly controlled zone, environment coordination area, construction control area, puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions and measures. Hope the research conclusion can provide some theoretical guidance similar to the development and protection of ancient towns.
