Traditional ancient town is a valuable resource for modern society to study regional culture,national culture and historical process,with the value of history,art,science and other fields,at the same time in the era of contemporary tourism development,traditional ancient towns also have direct or indirect economic value,tourism development has become a trend in the development of traditional ancient towns,however,in the early stage of development,due to the limitations of thought,management system and over-valuing of economic interests However,in the early stage of development,due to the limitations of thinking,management system and the overemphasis on economic interests and neglect of the cultural landscape protection of ancient towns and other problems,there are many cultural relics destroyed,architectural features lost,landscape space broken,cultural heritage interruption and other phenomena.At the same time,the lifestyle of local indigenous residents is also changing,and the local style and national traditions tend to disappear.With the increasing concern for humanistic landscape and heritage,the value of traditional ancient towns is gradually being explored and valued,and the research on cultural landscape is getting more and more in-depth,and its concept and contents included are becoming more and more perfect.From focusing on the technical repair and restoration of material remains such as traditional buildings and various structures to focusing more on the cultural features contained within them and the overall regional culture.Because of its unique geographical location,the formation and development of the Chaohu Lake area is one of the best proofs of the political,economic and cultural development and prosperity of the central Anhui region,and is a unique scenery in the central Anhui region,as well as a valuable cultural resource and historical research material in the central Anhui region.This study starts from the formation and development of the cultural landscape of the ancient town around Chaohu Lake,and summarizes the composition of the cultural landscape,covering aspects of the ancient town around Chaohu Lake from natural landscape,street space,architectural features to cultural arts,traditional skills and folk customs;through the analysis of the characteristics and influencing factors of tourism attractiveness,it clarifies the embodied form of the cultural landscape of the ancient town around Chaohu Lake in the process of tourism intervention and its Through the analysis of the characteristics and influencing factors of tourism attractiveness,the specific activation elements of the cultural landscape of the ancient town around Chaohu Lake based on the evaluation of tourism attractiveness are derived,thus establishing an evaluation system,exploring the activation path and specific methods of the cultural landscape of the ancient town around Chaohu Lake based on the evaluation of tourism attractiveness,as a basis for supporting the protection and activation of the cultural landscape of the ancient town around Chaohu Lake and tourism development,and proposing various ways of activation.Finally,by using Sanhe ancient town as a practical case,it is applied to Sanhe ancient town,and provides a reference method for the revitalization and inheritance of the cultural landscape of Sanhe ancient town in a targeted way.
