| There are many traditional villages of various shapes,styles,and long history all over the vast land of China.In recent years,traditional villages have become increasingly dilapidated in the construction of new urbanization,and traditional old buildings have rapidly disappeared under the background of renovation and reconstruction,destroying the original style and appearance.Under this circumstance,how to realize effective protection of traditional villages in the construction of new urbanization,promote better development of traditional villages,and make them better while preserving important cultural carriers,material carriers,and village features of traditional villages Showcasing the aesthetic characteristics and village forms of traditional villages.This article takes the three traditional villages of Gelao people,namely Longtan Village,Yangxi Village and Banchang Village as the research objects,and studies the aesthetic characteristics,morphological characteristics and the relationship between the two traditional villages.The results show that:In the comparative analysis of the overall beauty of the three traditional villages,from largest to smallest,they are 102.98 in Longtan Village,64.45 in Yangxi Village,and 55.28 in Banchang Village.The scenic beauty of Longtan Village is the highest,and Banchang Village is the lowest overall.Banchang Village needs to fully improve the landscape effect of the traditional village;in the ranking of all the selected plots,the water system of Longtan Village is 135.29 from largest to value of the traditional village as a whole and each element,the Pearson correlation between the beauty degree and the fractal dimension is 0.882,and the significance degree is 0.020,indicating the beauty degree and the fractal dimension.The correlation between the fractal dimension and the gap degree is positive,and the correlation relationship is significant.The Pearson correlation between the fractal dimension and the gap degree is-0.632,and the significance is 0.178,indicating that the correlation between the fractal dimension and the gap degree is negative,and the beauty degree is negatively correlated with The Pearson correlation between the gap degree is-0.573,and the significance degree is0.235,indicating that the correlation between the beauty degree and the gap degree is negative.It shows that there is a certain internal relationship between the aesthetic characteristics and morphological characteristics of the traditional Gelao villages.Combined with the analysis,it is concluded that the traditional Gelao villages have fractal beauty,and their remarkable morphological characteristics make them have a higher degree of beauty.(3)The primary index and weight of the
