| In Chapter 12 of China 21 century agenda points that our country will update and replace harmful products by developing green products vigorously, particularly promote the products with environmental protection signs to produce and use. It emphasizes specially that green products, especially products with the environmental protection signs will be granted for encouragements and concessions in its circulation, production and export. Encouraged by national policy, green products will gradually become the mainstream of the market products. The vacuum oil-filter is a kind of environmental protection electromechanical products, which can reuse of waste oil. But vacuum oil-filters will let out waste (including exhaust gas, waste water, solid waste) and consume resource and energy sources in its use and manufacturing process .The products have not gotten the environmental protection sign yet. So it is necessary to analyze the resources, environmental performance of vacuum oil-filters in its life cycle and evaluate its green comprehensive score. Then vacuum oil-filters environmental performance will be improve in the production and use, and access to national environmental sign products.At present life cycle assessment and green evaluation method are commonly used to appraise the resources environmental performance of product, both of which analyses products in full life cycle in common. But life cycle assessment only considerate resources environmental performance but ignores economical performance. Green degree appraisal meets the enterprise need because it considerate environmental performance and economical performance. So we choose fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate green degree of vacuum oil-filter.The main contents of our research include the following items:1. Research the relation of the vacuum oil-filter among environment, resources energy sources,cost in every stages of its life cycle . At the same time collect relevant data.2. Establish the hierarchy model and the comprehensive green degree evaluation system, both of which contain environment, resources, energy sources and economical factors.3. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the index's weight of bottom indexes by correlative data. Fuzzy mathematics is used to build the function of subordinate of the bottom indexes and establish the evaluating thresholds. Finally get the result of the comprehensive evaluation of vacuum oil-filter by using linearity-weighted-sum method. According to the comprehensive evaluation result and analysis of every index's weight, some proposals will be given in order to help vacuum oil-filter to save energy, lessen emission, and optimize its performance.4. In accordance with principles and steps of FAHP, plan the green comprehensive assessment software. |
