With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the lack of urban land resources indirectly promotes the vigorous development of the field of building structure in China.Therefore,relevant researchers put forward a new type of building structure,namely honeycomb box structure.Honeycomb box structure is composed of honeycomb Vierendeel Sandwich floor(roof)cover and grid wall frame.It has the advantages of light weight and large vertical stiffness,so it can be used in large span building structure.The honeycomb Vierendeel Sandwich floor is composed of honeycomb grid element and surface thin plate.The internal force transfer direction is three-dimensional and evenly distributed,which has good mechanical performance.Grid frame is composed of frame beam,interlayer beam and grid column,which can improve the lateral resistance of honeycomb box structure.In this paper,the honeycomb box structure of the horizontal stress system,vertical stress system and the overall structure of the theoretical research and finite element analysis.Theoretical research: the practical analysis method of floor structure is studied and verified,and the calculation formula of horizontal lateral stiffness of grid wall frame is derived.In the aspect of finite element analysis: firstly,the comfort of the vertical stress system of honeycomb box structure,namely Vierendeel Sandwich floor,under the action of human induced load is analyzed,and the calculation results show that the comfort of the floor meets the requirements of relevant codes in China;at the same time,the parametric analysis of the natural vibration characteristics of Vierendeel Sandwich floor is carried out,and the results show that the influence of the thickness of the surface layer on the natural vibration frequency of the floor It's the loudest.Secondly,the hysteretic analysis of the honeycomb box structure's horizontal stress system,namely grid frame,is carried out,and compared with the ordinary frame structure,the grid frame has better ability to resist horizontal seismic load;at the same time,the parametric analysis of the factors affecting the seismic performance of grid frame is carried out.Finally,the vibration response of the whole honeycomb box structure model under vertical seismic load is studied,and compared with the prestressed frame structure,it is concluded that the honeycomb box structure has better resistance to vertical seismic load.The research results show that: the honeycomb box structure meets the requirements of relevant codes in terms of comfort and seismic performance,and has the advantages of good spatial mechanical performance,safe and reliable structure,unique and beautiful appearance,which can be better applied to the field of large-span building structure.
