| The main structure of many traditional large-span forms is a single-story building,which is a huge waste of land resources.With the rapid and rapid development of China’s economy,land has become a very important resource.Because of this situation,this paper proposes a new type of open-web sandwich panel structure-honeycomb type open-web sandwich panel.This structure not only has good planar applicability,but also applies to the regular polygonal plane,and the structure has three-way force transmission and superior performance.It has the advantages of high material utilization rate and beautiful appearance.In order to analyze the static and dynamic performance of the structure,this paper uses ANSYS finite element software to establish a model of the simple six-deformed simple supported structure model with a span of 28 m.The analysis results show that the upper rib of concrete honeycomb type open-web sandwich plate is mainly affected by axial pressure,and the lower rib is mainly affected by axial tension.The shear bond is mainly affected by shear force.The low-order frequency of the concrete honeycomb type open-web sandwich panel structure is mainly vertical vibration,and the vibration mode and vibration characteristics are similar to those of the solid circular plate.The static and dynamic parameters of the honeycomb type open-web sandwich plate were analyzed.It is suggested that the thickness of the surface plate should be 1/16~1/25 of the side length of the mesh.The size of the upper and lower ribs is preferably 1/5~1/8 of the length of the honeycomb type of the honeycomb type open-web sandwich panel.The height-to-span ratio of the honeycomb type open-web sandwich panel structure ranges from 1/20 to 1/25.It is recommended that the height of the frame beam is greater than the total height of the honeycomb type open-web sandwich panel from 100 mm to 200 mm.The height of honeycomb type open-web sandwich panel cross-section of the shear key is suitable for the range of 1/3~1/6 of the side length of the mesh.The SOLID65 unit in ANSYS finite element software was used to simulate the concrete and the LINK180 unit was used to simulate the steel bar to carry out the solid modeling analysis of the shear force key.In the example,the static force performance analysis was carried out at the position where the shear force value of the shear key was large,and the analysis was carried out.The stress at the interface between the upper and lower ribs and the shear bond is large,and it is necessary to strengthen the place.However,since the model of the shear bond is not perfect,further research is needed.Finally,the static dynamic performance analysis and the existing fast sandwich panel specifications are combined.In order to explore the engineering application of the new structure,the simulation design of the hexagonal honeycomb type open-web sandwich panel is carried out,and the honeycomb type open-web sandwich panel is given.The design method of bearing capacity.It provides the basis for more in-depth research in the future. |
